Pitch 1:   A young teenager attempting to reach the standards of their perfectionist parents, one day they just can't take it anymore, but they regret certain decisions.      This pitch has great potential because of its ability to harness the unknown and be emotionally connecting. The pitch also conforms well to the audience because there are many teenagers dealing with similar situations 24/7. Furthermore this pitch doesn't require props inaccessible to the group making it a great candidate. However, this pitch struggles with the editing aspect and it will be difficult to cut and edit sounds to conform to the types of shots we will be using. I believe that this pitch's positive aspects outweigh the negative ones because it's thrilling and emotional. Pitch 2: A teenage girl goes about her normal school and social life, unbeknownst to the fact that she has a stalker with nothing but bad intentions.     This pitch has potential for success because the story presented has

  My partner for the short film is Felipe. I met him in middle school and have been close with him since. I think he is a great person to do this project with. We both always have similar ideas. Our personalities go well together and do not clash. I chose him for this project because I know I can count on him to do his share of the work. He is very creative and can help with the brainstorming aspect of the project. I love being in front and behind the camera and so does he. We always work well together and listen to each other. We communicate ideas well and can agree on things. We avoid arguing and have different skills we can provide to make a good commercial. I enjoy editing, which can help with the film. He enjoys drawing which can help with the storyboard for the film. I think it was a good idea to choose Felipe for my partner because we are very productive together.   Hi, my name is Lily and I am a junior in high school. I am very excited be back in AICE Media Studies, and I can't wait to see what A level has in store for me. Other than filmmaking and editing, I enjoy playing and watching many sports. I play volleyball, soccer, and softball for my school teams and private travel teams. I also enjoy watching those sports, along with American football, baseball, golf, basketball, and more. I come from a very athletic family, with my brother being a college baseball player, my father who is a former professional golfer, and my other brother being a college football player. In total, I have three brothers and two sisters, me being the youngest. I love having a big family because there is always something going on, and I always have people who support me 24/7.
